Tourists Steal One Carat Diamond

A bizarre incident occurred at PATTAYA SHOPPING MALL. Two Chinese poised as tourist steal a 1 carat diamond ring costing 230, baht (6 762.69 U.S. dollars). On 31st July two men entered the shop at 1.00 p.m. on the pretext of buying a diamond ring. They both then decided to buy a 1 carat diamond ring. When the owner, Ms. Siriporn BangRakkit turned around to pack the diamond ring the man in black T-shirt snatched the diamond ring leaving the owner just wrapping the empty box. After this they offered their credit card, but were refused for the same as the store did not accept credit card. On this the duo left the shop leaving behind 1000 baht and the box. After 20 minutes when the duo did not return Ms. Siriporn became suspicious and checked the box to find it empty.
